• Refunds are processed according to the published refund policy and the gateway's processing timelines; final refund timing depends on the gateway and the issuer.
• We reserve the right to withhold services or cancel registrations if payment is suspected to be fraudulent or involved in unlawful activity.
• We are not responsible for incorrect payments made due to user error (wrong amount, duplicate payment, incorrect payer details); correction or refund will follow our recovery procedures.
• Any disputes over transaction amounts, billing errors, or unauthorized charges must be raised promptly with both the organiser and the payment gateway or card issuer.
• We may use masked transaction tokens or references for reconciliation; these tokens do not reveal full payment credentials.
• Integration of the gateway on our site does not imply endorsement of all products or services offered by the gateway provider.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure secure transmission (TLS/SSL) but disclaim liability for interception or unauthorized access during transmission beyond our control.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from payment processing failures, unless prohibited by law.
