Terms and Conditions - Payment Gateway
Registrant agrees that payment of registration fees is required to confirm a conference booking.
Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and supported wallets as offered by the payment gateway at checkout.
The website does not store full card numbers or CVV details; card data is processed by the third-party payment gateway.
All online payments are routed through the selected payment processor and its merchant account.
By clicking the payment confirmation button the registrant accepts these Terms and Conditions and authorizes the transaction.
Transaction processing times depend on the payment method and the payment gateway; the organiser is not responsible for bank or gateway delays.
Registrants must provide accurate billing information; mismatched or false data may cause payment failure or cancellation.
Payment receipts and transaction references will be generated by the gateway; registrants should retain those references for their records.
Refunds, if permitted, will follow the refund policy published on the registration site and may require verification of the original transaction.
Chargebacks initiated by cardholders will be investigated and may result in cancellation of registration if claims are found valid.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or suspend registrations where payment is suspected to be fraudulent or disputed.
Any fees charged by banks for international transactions or currency conversion are the registrant's responsibility.
Taxes, service charges, and gateway fees will be disclosed at checkout and form part of the total payable amount.
Registrants should keep copies of payment confirmations and transaction IDs; registration fees are non-refundable where stated and the organiser is not liable for losses from failed or improper transactions.
Refund timelines and methods comply with the payment gateway's processing rules; refunds will be made to the original payment instrument unless otherwise authorized.
The organiser may use masked transaction tokens or references for reconciliation and will not expose full payment credentials to staff.
Personal data required for payment will be shared only with the payment gateway and service providers strictly to complete the transaction and fulfil administrative needs.
The organiser may disclose payment and registration details to financial institutions, auditors, or authorities where legally required.
In the event of a technical failure on the registration platform or gateway, the organiser will attempt to notify affected registrants and resolve payments promptly.
Questions about payments, refunds, or disputes must be submitted to the conference support contact within the timeframe specified on the registration site; unresolved disputes may be escalated to the payment gateway or relevant financial authorities.
