Submit your research and case studies

We warmly invite delegates, postgraduate students, and researchers to submit their original research papers, case reports, and innovative studies for presentation at our conference. This is an excellent opportunity to share your work with leading experts, gain valuable feedback, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Selected submissions will be featured during the conference sessions and may also be considered for publication in our official proceedings.

  • Deadline for Abstract Submission 25 Sep 2024.
  • Submit the Abstract either for Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation (Either of the two).
  • Link for submission will be active “ONLY ONCE” and for the Email-Id from which online registration has been done.
  • Submission of Abstract both for Oral Paper Presentation and Poster Presentation is “NOT” possible, kindly decide beforehand during the start of the ‘Abstract Submission Process’.
  • Be ready with a pdf file (maximum 10 MB) of the Abstract. The Google form that opens when submission of the Abstract is initiated will accept ONLY pdf files during submission of Abstract.
  • Once submission of the Abstract is done, NO rectification/ resubmission or edit will be possible.
  • Posters to be presented should be in print format (maximum size 24” X36”)

  • Kindly prepare an abstract which is preferably structured, concise, complete, and comprehensible.
  • Title of the Poster presentation. (This would appear on the Certificate)
    • Abstract Word limit, 250 - 300 words.
    • Specifications of Posters – in print format of size 24”X36”
    • Deadline for Abstract Submission 25 Sep 2024

  • Time limit for oral presentation of papers is 5+2 minutes.
  • Kindly prepare an abstract which is structured, concise, complete, and comprehensible.
  • Title of the Paper Presentation. (this would appear on certificate)
  • Abstract Word limit, 250 - 300 words.
